You would think that Bastille in Paris is most famous for its ruins of the prison made famous by the revolt on July 14, 1789. However it has now become a center of Parisian nightlife and is home to an array of exciting restaurants, street corner cafés and various clubs. Very popular with locals and tourists alike.

Café de Flore sits just off the Boulevard Saint-Germain, on the Rue Bonaparte in Paris, France. The classic Art Deco interior of all red seating, mahogany and mirrors has not changed for over 50 years. Famed for its intellectual clientele, it was said that Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir would meet here and discuss philosophy over drinks.
